Park View 4U Assistant Café Manager / Chef

Park View 4 U is a charity formed in partnership with Fylde Borough Council and works alongside many local and national organisations. Our plans for the Park have developed into providing recreational space for the whole Community with something for everyone – regardless of age or ability.

We now wish to appoint an Assistant Café Manager / Chef to compliment our growing team at this exciting stage in our development, to help to make Park View 4U Café the best place to eat, meet and enjoy spending time while visiting the award winning park.

The ideal candidate must have previous catering experience, being able to prepare a variety of home cooked dishes as well as assisting in menu planning, and the day to day running and development of the core business of the Park View 4U Community centre and Café. Having the ability to work under your own initiative is critical, as well as the ability to follow clear plans, policies and guidelines. You should be able to manage purchasing and support staff. You will need to possess excellent culinary and communication skills as well as the ability to engage with all sectors of the community, across a wide age range.

Enthusiasm and a passion for the vision for the Park View Centre are essential.
